Payments for the services offered by Jobnjoin.com shall be on a 100% advance basis. In normal circumstances refund of subscription is not allowed. Refund will not be allowed if Subscriber has already published Job posts. Refund may be provided in some cases like humanitarian ground or similar cases, at the sole discretion of Mahim Info Tech. We offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. We gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited only to the amount not more than the current subscription. We undertakes no liability for free services. We reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

It is to be noted that we are not charging to JobSeekers, and hence JobSeekers cannot claim. At present we are charging only to Employers for posting jobs and other services. We are serving free to Job Seekers.
